If you're anything like me, planning a trip can take a lot of time researching the place you're going to. If you're going to an "All Inclusive" the only research you probably need to do is check reviews of the places you're going to. With time, I hope to have people provide reviews on this site of their experiences at hotels and the all inclusives, but until then, many of the hotel booking sites will have pretty good reviews. Be warned, some of the hotel sites will "REJECT" reviews if they're too negative. I personally was rejected when I reported my disgust (with non-vulgar language) when at an all-inclusive where there was a floating mass of what appeared to be barf in one of the pools.
